Automated Machine Learning Image Analysis
Our proprietary in-house developed machine learning algorithms provide crucial answers, like size and payload distribution. Automated particle classification analysis of cryo-TEM images allows a deeper understanding of particle populations including:
- Full/empty/partial capsid ratio analysis of AAV
- Percentage of blebbed particles in LNP formulations
- Prevalence of uni- and multilamellar, multicompartmental, and multivesicular liposomal particles
- Spatial distribution of antigens on virus or VLP particle surface
- How drug and nucleic acid payloads are distributed within formulations
Leginon Automated Data Collection
TrueCourse utilizes Leginon, a system for fully automated acquisition of electron micrographs. We deploy highly optimized, customized versions across our microscope fleet, enabling rapid, fully automated image acquisition and pre-processing.

Computational Infrastructure
We support both on-site and co-localized high-speed computing resources consisting of more than 500 processing cores, 50 GPUs, and six petabytes of storage space, all located within secure facilities behind multiple high availability firewalls and following NIST security guidelines.
Live Client Viewing
100+ live client viewing sessions every month. A secure viewer allows clients to evaluate images and metrics in real-time as they are collected on the microscope.
